RESEARCH INTERESTS
My primary interests are related to physiology of plants and to
development of a method and technical means of physiological tree estimation at
various ecological conditions. I use some methods of bioindication and I create
measuring devices for an estimation of a tree in normal conditions and in
conditions of an ecological press. I believe that the fast and objective
estimation of the basic physiological parameters of a tree is necessary for all
experts of wood plants.
One of major sources of the information for estimation is the radial
growth of a tree trunk. The daily diagrams of a radial growth show the basic
physiological processes of a tree in an integrated form. To receive the
information on each physiological process it is necessary to have attributes
for the analysis and decoding of the radial growth's diagram. I receive these
attributes from experiments with various plants. Some such diagrams are shown
on my page.
